Each of our Eichenegger SY Series actuators delivers long term high performance and requires little maintenance. Our design, process and materials ensure superior performance for each actuator, even under the most severe conditions.

 

The use of O-ring and completely isolated from the outside of the closed center shell and shell cover, to ensure that the level of protection meet the requirements of use.

 

The center housing has a guide bar that balances the lateral force generated between the fork and the pin, ensuring the best working condition of the piston rod.

 

External stroke adjustment screw allows precise valve stroke adjustment between 80° and 100°.

4 Use a circular rolling sleeve to reduce friction between the fork and the pin, so as to minimize wear.

 

5 Replaceable bearings protect sliding and rotating components for dry or lubricated working environments.

 

The guide rod with PTFE bearing prevents the axial movement of the fork pin and transfers the axial load directly to the drive module

 

7 Guide block connected piston rod design, can compensate the side load imbalance force, reduce wear between piston rod, bearing and seal ring.

We can produce SY actuators with 90° rotating valves according to flange specifications, cylinder diameter, double or single acting forms of many different combinations. SY series actuator has good pressure or temperature applicability.

 

Fork mechanism adopts symmetrical structure design, which reduces the cost and the weight of the whole machine while making the output torque more stable

 

SY series actuator adopts modular design. The cylinder or hydraulic cylinder can be mounted on either or both sides of the housing. The spring cylinder can also be mounted on either side for ESD (emergency shutdown) applications. Since the factory has a large stock of finished and semi-finished products, we can quickly assemble the actuator to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer quickly.
