The ACTREG actuators can be protected from external corrosion by selecting appropriate materials or surface treatments.

 

Two-way travel limit device

 

The ACTREG pneumatic actuator is equipped with a two-way gear shaft travel limit. A travel limit device located on the side of the housing allows the pneumatic actuator to travel ±5° between 85° and 95°. These two travel limits are designed to withstand the maximum torque rating of the pneumatic actuator and to absorb the maximum impact load from the recommended travel speed

 

Loosen the locking nut to rotate the limit screw counterclockwise and clockwise. Rotate the left limit screw and the right limit screw respectively to reduce or increase the travel Angle, and finally tighten the locking nut.

 

All actuators passed the test

 

All actuators manufactured by ACTREG S.A. are tested by sophisticated electronic testing equipment.

 

The test is used to detect internal and external leakage points, rotation angles and torque values.

 

All the shells are engraved with the year, month, specification and serial number.
